Teacher Policy for Digi-TaL
- Eligibility Criteria
Teachers with the following qualifications are invited to join our team:- PhD in Education (local or foreign).
- MPhil in Educational Leadership and Management (local or foreign) with a minimum of 5-10 years of teaching experience.
- MS in any discipline with a minimum of 10 years of experience in teaching and/or management.
Additional Requirements:
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent communication and flawless expression.
- Ability to record all lectures in English.
- Application Process
- Interested candidates must complete the application form.
- If deemed eligible, candidates will be asked to submit a detailed course outline and associated materials for review.
- Profit-Sharing and Marketing
- Marketing by Digi-TaL: If Digi-TaL markets the course, the profit-sharing ratio will be 60/40 (60% for Digi-TaL, 40% for the teacher).
- Recruitment by Resource Person: If the teacher recruits the required number of participants, the profit-sharing ratio will be 40/60 (40% for Digi-TaL, 60% for the teacher).
- Contracts and Agreements
- A written contract will be signed between Digi-TaL and the teacher prior to course commencement.
- The contract emphasizes honesty, transparency, and commitment. Any breach of the psychological contract may negatively impact on the professional relationship.
- Intellectual Property Rights
- All courses and materials developed for Digi-TaL are the intellectual property of Digi-TaL.
- Unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction of Digi-TaL’s copyrighted materials is strictly prohibited.
- If any copyrighted material is found being used elsewhere, the teacher’s contract will be terminated, and the course will be removed from the platform immediately.
- Legal action may be pursued in cases of copyright infringement.
- Remuneration and Payments
- Teachers will receive payment at the end of the course.
- Remuneration will depend on the teacher’s qualifications and experience.
- Digi-TaL is not responsible for any payments outside of the agreed course/session remuneration.
- Teacher Responsibilities
- All course materials must be uploaded to the teacher portal before the course begins.
- Any delays in uploading materials may cause a delay in the course start date. Such delays will be treated as a breach of discipline and may negatively affect the teacher’s relationship with Digi-TaL.
- Teachers are expected to maintain professionalism and adhere to the timeline for course delivery.
- Administrative Support
